A family owned and operated company, our roots in the business began over 25 years ago. The application and product design knowledge that we gained during that time is an important part of what separates us from other cold storage door manufacturers. We manufacture doors that fit, function and last in virtually any type of application. Of course, there are some standard sizes and configurations but all our doors are built to specific requirements. Your requirements.  Leadership comes from our technical know-how, kept current through constant in-house product and systems development. We use an integrated office/shop system that tracks every order to ensure it moves promptly and correctly through to completion. Our 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, manufacturing facility in Newport, NC uses a blend of CNC-controlled equipment automation for speed and accuracy with traditional hand craftsmanship for assembly and finish work. This combination allows us to be flexible, fast and responsive while never losing sight of the quality and durability our customers have come to expect.  Quality is our top priority. It starts at the moment an order is received. Operations personnel carefully check every order on arrival to make sure the specifications exactly meet the application requirements. Only then do we pass the order on for manufacturing. The work is done quickly and efficiently, using the finest materials, hardware and accessories. Every door is inspected throughout the manufacturing process with a final inspection to ensure that your order is correct. Customer Service comes from total devotion to our customers - an approach that means we're always responsive to orders, requests and questions. We are small enough to know our customers very well and do everything possible to help them.  Value means providing a great product at a fair price.
