All component materials are non-rusting stainless steel or corrosion resistant polymers.

All surfaces are designed for ease of wash down or hand wiping. To provide basic thermal control, the panel is foamed-in-place with non-CFC polyurethane.

This also ensures a complete bond between the core and outer metal skin.

Full perimeter gasketing reduces air infiltration by eliminating the hard-to-seal cutouts found on traditional traffic door designs.

Stainless steel kick plates or HDPE impact plates provide shielding to protect the door panel.

Double pane vision panels with snap together frames are standard.
