Frank Door Company's cold storage doors are wood free. We have provided our customers, U.S.D.A. inspectors, architects, designers and consultants wood free products for over a decade. Wood warps, rots, collects moisture and can harbor bacteria and other microbes like mildew, mold and fungus. To address these hygienic and safety concerns our sliding doors feature an internal aluminum structure coupled with steel corner brackets and mounting plates providing unprecedented strength and a hygienic wood-free door. Furthermore, our thermally insulated casings and headers are extruded from aluminum; providing durable sanitary door frames. High density polyethylene casings and headers are available on request.

We are the only cold storage door manufacturer with the authorization to apply the UL EPH/NSF mark on our doors as our doors meet all requirements. The UL EPH Mark is recognized and accepted in all U.S. states and Canadian provinces as a trusted source for assessing the sanitary design, construction and performance of commercial food equipment.
